Famous for its shifting sandbar. The island is located off the coast of the island of Biliran. Perfect for communing with nature.

The Province of Biliran is part of Eastern Visayas. Philippine Airlines flies daily (3 flights) to Tacloban City, Leyte from Manila. Air Philipplines flies four times a week from Cebu City to Tacloban City.

From Tacloban City, all it takes is a two and a half ride (by land) to get to the paradise Province of Biliran.

The clear waters, rock formations, fresh seafood and people with smiles on their faces are the reasons why Higatangan Island should be the destination on the top of your list of places to discover and explore.
